PRE Collective works with public agencies and nonprofits to design and launch programs, partnerships, and initiatives on behalf of a single institution, such as a housing authority, municipality, or state agency.

PRE Collective works with funders and multi-sector coalitions to design long-term partnerships, field-building initiatives, or place-based programs.
These engagements, often requiring multi-year commitments, focus on shared challenges that no single entity has the authority to address. They often require catalytic capital that can only be provided by philanthropy, so these engagements tend to be structured as multi-year grant-funded partnerships.
